Who we are
Fibon Wallet is a self-sovereign identity (SSI) mobile wallet. Your credentials and keys are stored locally on your device and are not copied to our servers.
Data we collect (V1)
No personal data collection. Credentials and keys you create/import are stored encrypted on your device and shared only when you explicitly approve a connection, credential acceptance, or proof presentation.
No advertising SDKs.
Analytics/Crash reporting: Not used in V1. (If added in a future version, this policy and the Data Safety disclosure will be updated.)
Device permissions & purpose
Camera: used only to scan QR codes (to initiate connection / credential / proof flows). No camera images are stored or sent off-device.
Other permissions (if any): used strictly for wallet functionality.
Processing & storage
Data remains on your device in encrypted form (e.g., Android Keystore).
Network calls occur only when you initiate an SSI interaction with a chosen issuer/verifier over encrypted channels (TLS).
Sharing of data
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties in V1. Network messages are protocol exchanges required to complete SSI interactions.
Security
All network traffic is protected with TLS.
Local data is protected with platform security and (if configured) PIN/biometric.
Children’s privacy
The app is for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Your choices
You can export, reset, or delete your wallet from within the app.
